Senator Shehu Sani has heavily criticised President Muhammadu Buhari led government, asking Nigerians not to expect any positive change from the administration in 2020 and beyond.
The former lawmaker who represented Kaduna Central in the eighth National Assembly claimed that the hardship being experienced by Nigerians will be increased in 2020.
The Nation reports that Sani said this while featuring in a Hausa Language programme, titled ‘Kai kadai gayya’ on Kaduna based Invicta FM Radio on Sunday, December 29.
The newspaper reports that Sani said the even additional 50 years under the current administration will not yield any positive report.

He accused the current leaders of blaming the past government for everything, instead of taking responsibility and taking steps to fix the country and build on what they met on ground.
He called on Nigerians to demand from the current administration when they are going to getting the dividends of democracy.
Senator Sani alleged that the policies and measures being taken by the government will not bring succour to the masses but will only increase power for the powerful and increase hardship for the masses.
He specifically condemned the federal government’s closure of the country’s land borders, saying the move was rejected by the 8th Senate when it was first conceived.
Sani alleged that the policy has not added any value to the nation’s economy, but instead made more Nigerians poorer.
The former lawmaker also condemned the country’s electoral process, saying “elections are won with power of the soldiers and police.”
